Entire Property, both levels (up to six people)

Upper Level only (sleeps 4)
  $750/wk (June through August);  $650/wk (Rest of year)

Cantina only (no cooking facilities; sleeps 2)
   $400/wk (June – August); $350/wk (Rest of year)

Deposit: $300 to cover optional use of central gas heating and gas fireplace stove. Additional $200 deposit for use of Italy-based cell phone (optional). Prepaid phone cards available widely at Tabac stores, autostrada Autogrills, many gas stations, etc. Deposit refundable upon return of phone in good condition.

Please Note:  Rental Period is Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise arranged.
There is to be absolutely no smoking in this house due to allergies. Thank you.

Linens; detailed local maps with hiking routes; descriptions of suggested daily itineraries in the surrounding areas; bus/train schedules; information regarding local shops, bars, restaurants, museums, pool, banks, ATM, post office, etc., to make your stay easier and more enjoyable; small library of guide books for your use while our guests.

Not included
Cleaning Fee (Payable to next-door neighbor, Pina Chierchini: Euro € 70, cash please, the day before departure). Cost of central gas heating will be deducted from deposit at end of stay.
